Brief description:
The association was founded in 1964 and is therefore one of the older associations in Imsbach. Its task is to help ensure that the village remains a beautiful place and to promote tourism. To this end, several events are held each year to attract visitors to our village. These events include the association's own festivals as well as local community festivals, which are always well received by the community and visitors. The tourist office supports these festivals with its mobile barbecue hut, especially at the village fair and the Christmas market. This hut has been in use since the 1980s.
But the association has also created a hiking destination for nature lovers. After the completion of the Kronbuchenhütte, a wonderful place in the middle of the forest was created, which is still popular with hikers and now also with mountain bikers. The hut is open all year round at weekends and on public holidays. It is located on the heights of Falkenstein.
Another delight for all hikers, especially in summer, is our treading pool. This is located on a stretch of meadow on the way to Langental. The Imsbach flows past here and fills the basin. The treading pool festival is also celebrated here.
